Background:
I’m from Buffalo, New York, where I was fortunate to have parents that engaged me in almost every type of physical activity throughout my childhood. I still find it difficult to focus on just one: weightlifting, Crossfit, distance running, swimming, yoga… I'm always trying to balance my goals and training. What has continually brought me to my center, calibrated me, and cleansed the slate of physical and mental injury, however, has been yoga.
The difficulties of life can often weigh on us, bringing us away from our true selves and the potential we have to feel free and alive in our own bodies. After experiencing a number of such difficulties in my own life, I chose to pursue a path where I could attempt to help others through the practice of law. I moved to Dayton in 2014 to advance that practice, but found myself more often excited to guide and train others in feeling physically stronger and connected. I received my 200 RYT at Move Your Hyde Power Yoga in 2014, my Crossfit Level 1 Trainer Certificate in 2016, and am currently completing my NESTA personal training certification. My professional practice has thus become layered, attempting develop my own multi-faceted career path and be of service as needed.
When I’m not trying to move and breathe, you’ll probably find me driving to a concert!

  • YOGA | DEEP STRETCH / YIN | 175
  • Deep Stretch is also similar to and maybe more known as Yin Yoga or Restorative Yoga. In our 75 minute Deep Stretch class, poses are held for 3+ minutes, which allows the muscles, tendons, and ligaments to stretch and open up. It is great for anyone that is looking to relax and relieve stress to the active athlete that is in need of muscle release and increased flexibility. It’s the perfect COMPLIMENT to your active lifestyle and everyday routine. Specific movements designed for runners, cyclists, triathletes, and cross-fit athletes.

  • YOGA | LUNCHTIME POWER HOUR | 150
  • Get ready for a high energy and high intensity power Vinyasa class that is non-heated because you create the heat! Our Lunchtime Power Hour is 45 minutes of power (with early release for those that need to get back to work) and 15 minutes of YIN.  This format is designed to strengthen, tone, and detoxify the body. This class is accommodating to all levels of yoga, as there will be options for modification, however some experience is suggested. Be sure come well hydrated!

  • Join our free 15-minute Ab/Core Blast after the 7:30am Challenge cycle class or before the 9:00am Ultimate Strength and Sculpt! This class is designed to strengthen and tone your core using primarily your own body weight and supplemental equipment.

  • FIT | ULTIMATE STRENGTH & SCULPT | 175
  • Total body sculpt with weights and body-bar. Hit it all in one place when you sign up for this class!

  • YOGA | POWER YOGA (HEATED) | 200
  • Logik Power Yoga is an intense and advanced class. There will be a strong element of power behind our movements. You will sculpt, shape and tone the body while still keeping a heavy emphasis on breath. We will regularly go into advanced poses. Room temperature is maintained at 99° F. Expect to detox, sweat, and deepen your practice.

  • FIT | BOOTCAMP | 175
  • So whether you’ve struggled to keep up your workout routine long enough to see results in the past, or if you just want to challenge your body to improve fitness and endurance, this BOOTCAMP could be just what you need! You will walk away from this class with new healthy knowledge and skills to help you maintain sustainable fitness!

LOGIK boot camps run for multiple times each week and to get you established in your new healthy habits and to give you plenty of time to network with fit minded friends. And when you’re done you have new healthy knowledge and skills to take with you in life to help you maintain your fitness on your own!
