BIO -Although I am from the great state of Kentucky and a Wildcat at heart, I have been in Ohio almost my entire life. As a kid, I grew up playing softball and skating competitively. I got into road biking at the age of 13 and my parents got me my first Cannondale for Christmas that year. Long distance rides are my favorite! In 2012, I joined Stefanie’s Team of Hope out of Columbus, Ohio to ride Pelotonia and have since completed three of those rides. I currently hold fitness certifications in Spinning, TRX and Insanity LIVE. Expect a lot of energy and quick bursts of power and force throughout my classes. I’m always looking to push you out of your comfort zone! Aside from living an active, healthy lifestyle, my greatest joys are spending time with my fiancé, new baby girl, and our two big, goofy dogs :)
