Join our free 15-minute Ab/Core Blast after the 7:30am Challenge cycle class or before the 9:00am Ultimate Strength and Sculpt! This class is designed to strengthen and tone your core using primarily your own body weight and supplemental equipment.
Based on tiny isometric movements, BARRE-LOGIK is a total, non-impact, full body workout. This class incorporates the graceful moves of ballet, Pilates, cardio and strength training to develop long lean muscles while enhancing flexibility and balance. No matter what the age or fitness level; everyone can enjoy this class!
Our signature ride is indoor cycling re-invented. With inspirational coaching, motivating music with a serious thump, and a specific weekly class schedule coordinated to periodization training. Classes are balanced between Instructor and LOGIK Interval Programs and take full advantage of our LOGIK Heart Rate Training System. This 50-minute class won’t scare away the newbie; but will provide significant challenges to even the most experienced.

EARN THE BURN will be a class where your calorie after burn will be our focus.  We will still spend time in our lower fat burning zones of 1 & 2 but much like a HIIT Ride, the accelerations will be intense.  
 
Weight loss and maintaining a well balanced diet will also be a focus for this class style; so come ready to LEARN & EARN THE BURN!
Endurance; The foundation of your fitness. This is not some Sunday stroll, this is meaningful work and the perfect mid-week class to fit in between interval days. With sufficient time in this training zone your body will ‘learn’ how to metabolize fats as fuel. Your body will build lean vascular tissue that is easily oxygenated and helps you recover quickly. We concentrate on physical as well as muscular endurance. Many Endurance classes are 60+ minutes in length, come prepared with an extra water bottle and some calories to keep you riding strong (gels, blocks, bars, etc..)

300 reps is the goal in this workout! We work on developing strength and stamina through resistance training, bodyweight training, and high intensity intervals.

Our Boxing Fitness curriculum is all about the sweet science of boxing. It is beginner friendly and at the same time perfect for an advanced practitioner as well. You learn the how and why of what you're doing and get an awesome endurance based workout in the process. Classes are structured with heavy bag rounds, high intensity intervals, 1-on-1 training on the focus mitts, agility training and core exercises, just like professional boxers do in their training sessions. We don't fight in our Boxing Fitness but we train hard like pro fighters do. If you're looking for fat-loss, muscle tone, core strength, increased endurance or just a fun and exciting workout this class is for you.
This class is designed to strengthen as well as increase flexibility to your most powerful, hardworking muscles in your body. Your posterior chain, your legs, and your core. We show these muscles some love by doing a combination of body weight, strength training and work with various equipment such as bands, medicine balls, kettle bells, and TRX. Every class is different and everyone is welcome.
This class focuses on strength and endurance in your arms and legs. It may sound easy but you will definitely get a sweat on. Make sure you are prepared to become sore (that's a good thing!)
TRX Kettlebell – A combination of TRX and Kettlebell training to build muscle and blast fat.

Total body workout that applies to all fitness levels by using your body weight as your resistance with the TRX Suspension Trainer.

JUNIOR CYCLO-CROSS PRACTICE
 
A,B & C GROUP RIDE: Introductory fitness, group riding and bike handling skills with average speeds of 15 to 17 mph with stretches approaching 30 mph. Average ride length of 90-120 MINUTES.
We will ride to a destination where A, B & C groups will have opportunities to work within their individual skill set, at their desired speed. We go out as a group and come back as a group with a support vehicle.
All riders must wear helmets. They should bring two water bottles. For longer rides, snacks are recommended. Riders should have a fully-stocked bike bag (tube that fits their bike, tire tool, small patch kit, hex tool set, and either a cartridge or a pump).

GROUP A: Dedicated to a brisk pace, with a focus on enjoying the ride while trying to improve stamina and handling skills. Comfortable in a single or double pace line. Average speeds of 18+ mph with stretches over 30 mph. Average ride length of 75-120min

Deep Stretch is also similar to and maybe more known as Yin Yoga or Restorative Yoga. In our 60 minute Deep Stretch class, poses are held for 3+ minutes, which allows the muscles, tendons, and ligaments to stretch and open up. It is great for anyone that is looking to relax and relieve stress to the active athlete that is in need of muscle release and increased flexibility. It’s the perfect COMPLIMENT to your active lifestyle and everyday routine. Specific movements designed for runners, cyclists, triathletes, and cross-fit athletes.

Our gentle flow yoga is a non-heated class that combines active and dynamic movements with light, static stretching. This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from the joints and muscles. We will combine the breath with movement to achieve maximum efficiency while maintaining the gentle pace. Whether you have a specific physical or emotional challenge, would prefer a slower and more gentle practice, or just want the opportunity to slow down and relax, you will benefit from this class.
Get ready for a high energy and high intensity power Vinyasa class that is non-heated because you create the heat! Our Lunchtime Power Hour is 45 minutes of power (with early release for those that need to get back to work) and 15 minutes of YIN.  This format is designed to strengthen, tone, and detoxify the body. This class is accommodating to all levels of yoga, as there will be options for modification, however some experience is suggested. Be sure come well hydrated!

You will sculpt, shape and tone the body while still keeping a heavy emphasis on breath. We will regularly go into advanced poses. Room temperature is maintained at 99° F. Expect to detox, sweat, and deepen your practice.
