Logik's proprietary heart rate training system is a cutting-edge tool that offers group heart rate training data for each member attached by chest strap. Individual's heart rates, zones, and other metrics are projected onto three 200 inch projection screens at the front of the studio. Along with your weight, age, and gender, your monitor allows for the extremely accurate calculation of metrics such as calories burned and effort given to your workout. But the best part is what happens after the class is over! Our system maintains your information and allows for comparison to previous workouts automatically. Additionally, our built-in leaderboard will calculate and show where your results stand among the rest of your class.
Yes. Indoor cycling is a low-impact workout that will help you shed pounds and lower body fat if done regularly in conjunction with a healthy diet. On average a rider can burn anywhere from 600 to 1,000 calories in a single class.
No. Our classes are adaptable to all fitness levels. Whether if it's by reducing the resistance level and speed of your bike, or performing alternatives to fitness exercises, our knowledgable team of instructors will encourage you to push your limits and perform to the best of your current abilities. There is no prerequisite to any class. Ultimately, you decide just how hard you work in any class you enroll in.
All you need to be prepared for our classes are the appropriate workout attire and a water bottle. If you already own an ANT Sport+ compatible heart rate strap don't forget to bring it with you as well. If you don't, no worries since we have free rentals.
No, feel free to wear sneakers. We do recommend a good cross-trainer with a hard sole though. Of course, for cycling classes a cycling (clip-in shoes) are best and will help you to have the most effective workout possible. Our bike is equipped with dual-sided clipless pedals and can accommodate the following clipless formats:

Yes, we have large spacious locker rooms with 4 showers ready to tackle the most demanding crowd. We also stock our locker rooms with quality bath products including body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
Our average class is a 60 minute experience that includes endurance and interval training with varying levels of intensity and resistance. Logik offers a number of unique class formats. See more details on a class that sounds right to you.
For Cycle classes, we recommend signing up for our Foundations ride. However, if you are unable to attend this class at the times it is offered, our Signature and Endurance rides are also great options. These classes allow for us to accurately measure your heart rate zones and go over the basics of heart rate training due to their easy-to-follow structures.
For Fit classes, any class is modifiable, but if you sign up for any variation of a Kettlebell or TRX class, make sure to let your instructor know if you have not utilized those pieces of equipment before.
For Yoga classes, begin with an Active Deep Stretch, Deep Stretch/Yin, or Gentle Flow class and then transition into the classes that involve warmer temperatures and more advanced movements.

Each of our instructors designs a new collection of songs from a variety of genres to ensure you have a fresh, new workout every time.
Sign up on our schedule page. Look for a class offered during your preferred time and select "Sign Up" if you'd like to participate. Classes can be scheduled up to two weeks in advance, and may be cancelled up to 12 hours prior to the start of class. Please remember any cancellations after 12 hours before class will result in a cancellation fee.
Yes we do! Clients may purchase class packages or monthly memberships. Our class packages give you a little more flexibility in your class participation while our monthly memberships offer you a lower cost option for committing to your fitness over a 6 month period. Yes, in order to complete your reservation we will need to have a valid email address to process your payment and reserve your spot in class. The email you provide will allow us to communicate important information regarding your class purchase, changes or cancellations. Additionally, your email allows us to provide a follow-up email outlining your performance during heart rate monitored classes with information such as calories burned.
You may cancel your class up to 12 hours prior to your schedule class start time. Failure to cancel class online through your account will result in a forfeiture of one class pass.
Late Policy: If you are more than 10 minutes late to class you will not be able to enter the classroom, and you will be considered a "no-show", which means you forfeit your class. Logik reserves the right to give your reservation to someone on the wait list if you are not present at the class start time. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
To cancel your reservation log in to your Logik account via our website. Click on the "My Classes" tab on your account page. Find the class you wish to cancel and click "Unreserve".
