I believe activity should be fun and challenging; a break from our hectic days to be good to ourselves. I try to bring something original to each class. My goal is to help you to improve function and technique so we can get better, stronger and find a place where exercise feels good for you.
I have been teaching and motivating for ten plus years at community college, teaching group fitness, and personal training. My certifications include: personal trainer through American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and American Council on Exercise (ACE), Group Fitness Instructor through ACE. I have TRX suspension Training, Rip training certificates, Schwinn and Body Cycle group cycling certificates. I am a member of the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy where I have helped over 200 students pass the state of Ohio physical test. It is my belief that an improved level of fitness will help us feel better and perform better, whether we are under stress or functioning in our daily lives.
