I love teaching cycling, because all fitness levels can meet in one class and be challenged appropriately according to their fitness levels by adding speed and/or resistance to create more of a challenge. I am passionate about teaching fitness and helping others achieve their goals. Some of the classes I teach include cycling, strength training/conditioning, yoga, pilates, core training, and power pump. I have been a sports enthusiast and athlete starting at the young age of 4 on the youth soccer field. I have played tennis competitively on several ladies USTA 4.0 teams and 8.0 mixed doubles leagues. From there my love of fitness and sports blossomed.
I'm not exaggerating when I say I love my job; I wake up every day excited to teach. I can't think of a better profession to be in. You will love my classes because I am full of energy, outgoing, knowledgeable of exercise physiology and the key fundamentals that go into being a good teacher. As an exercise instructor and enthusiast, I care deeply for people beyond there physical fitness. I care about their social, emotional, and spiritual well being. I love seeing people make their fitness goals and reach conquer them. Making a commitment to fitness is one of the best investments you can make! I enjoy incorporating upbeat music in my classes, because I think it is a great motivator. You will work super hard, but have a crazy fun at the same time! An hour is gone before you know it!
