Believe it – Achieve it, is my simple and effective fitness mantra. As a former football player and track athlete, keeping myself fit has always been a priority to feeling good and staying healthy. I believe that everyone – given the proper guidance – can achieve his or her fitness goals. With over 18 years of professional fitness and training experience, I have certifications from ISSA, AFAA, TRX, Mad Dog Spinning, and Hardstyle Kettlebell. Recently, I've added parkour and indoor rowing to his list of certifications.
My mission with each class I teach or train is to encourage individuals to reach their fitness and performance goals while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
